Questions owners ask

Before you decide

Which areas do you cover?

Central London, and above all the streets we know best: Marble Arch, Marylebone, Mayfair, Hyde Park and Paddington.

Is short letting allowed in my building?

It depends on your lease and the building's rules. We read both with you, and check London's short let rules, before anything is agreed.

What about London's 90 night rule?

In Greater London a whole home can be let for short stays for up to 90 nights a year without planning permission. We plan each calendar so your apartment stays within the rules.

Who looks after the apartment day to day?

Our own team: guest care, housekeeping, linen and maintenance, with every visit recorded.

How do I start?
